- Townhouse: $350+up.
- Semi-detached or Detached: (1). If floor area has less than 1500 SQF and house age with less than 10 years old, $400, and (2). For every 500SQF floor area increased, add $50, and (3). For every house age 20 years increased, add $50.
- Commercial estates, Mansions, Factories: $450 and up, plus travel cost, please contact.
- Walk-through inspections before offers: $300up (oral report).
- Please add HST on the top.
